The system designed and developed by SOMATAN under its trademark U-TROLLEY, proposes to use the delivery trolleys of the trays with diets as a mobile portal capable of registering all the data that is generated throughout the distribution process, being able integrate this information into the database of any food management system, thus closing the complete cycle of traceability of the food service in a health center.
RFID device (antenna with reader) ultra high frequency (UHF) capable of obtaining the location data of the trolley, together with the input and output of the trays of the trolley.
